New Track	On-going	Over 400 feet in place and ballasted. Materials on-hand for another 700 feet
Engine House	incomplete	Partially framed, need to get roof on before first rains (end of Oct.)
Loading Ramp	open
Crossing Signal	open	full-sized Operating crossing gate needs restoration and assembly. The second cross-buck signal is out for welding.
Short Trestle	open
Road Crossing	open	need to order welded panel track able to handle 80 ton truck traffic.
Close north loop	in progress	switch and crossing panels ordered, should be here mid August
Diamond Crossing	open	need to design and fabricate
